'BURUNDANGA'

yes its the tyme to know about this 'BURUNDANGA' Forwarded emails warn of criminals in the U.S. and Canada using business cards impregnated with a potent street drug called burundanga (aka scopolamine) to incapacitate victims before attacking them.
Burundanga is the street version of a pharmaceutical drug called scopolamine. It is made from the extracts of plants in the nightshade family such as henbane and jimson weed. It's a deliriant, meaning it can induce symptoms of delirium such as disorientation, loss of memory, hallucinations, and stupor.

You can see why it would be popular with criminals.

In powdered form scopolamine can be easily mixed into food or drink, or blown directly into victims' faces, forcing them to inhale it.
It was the incident which is happened in MUMBAI . so everyone pls be alert especially girls.
If you were to receive the following email about a business card laced with a drug called ‘Burundanga’ then you may find it believable but you shouldn’t!

The Burundanga email started circulating in the US almost a year ago but, like most ‘popular’ emails of this type, it has been recently resurrected to try and fool more people.



Here’s the hoax email in question -

In Katy, Tx a man came over and offered his services as a painter to a female putting gas in her car and left his card. She said no, but accepted his card out of kindness and got in the car. The man then got into a car driven by another gentleman. As the lady left the service station and saw the men following her out of the station at the same time. Almost immediately, she started to feel dizzy and could not catch her breath. She tried to open the window and realized that the odor was on her hand; the same hand which accepted the card from the gentleman at the gas station.

She then noticed the men were immediately behind her and she felt she needed to do something at that moment. She drove into the first driveway and began to honk her horn to ask for help. The men drove away but the lady still felt pretty bad for several minutes after she could finally catch her breath. Apparently there was a substance on the card and could have seriously injured her. The drug is called ‘BURUNDANGA’ and it is used by people who wish to incapacitate a victim in order to steal or take advantage of them.

Four times greater than date rape drug and is transferable on simple cards. So take heed and make sure you don’t accept cards at any given time alone or from someone on the streets. This applies to those making house calls and slipping you a card when they offer their services.

Elements of the above email do have some basis in reality which is why an unsuspecting but educated person might believe it.

Burundanga actually is a real drug that is sourced from Colombia and it really is quite nasty.

Also known as Scopolamine, it can lead to hallucinations and there have been cases of people being drugged with Burundanga who are then easily coerced into activities such as making large bank withdrawals before casually handing their money over to their robbers.

(Scopolamine was also used as a truth drug, possibly being utilised in the MK-ULTRA project)

However, the contents of the above email are definitely dubious, and almost certainly false, because no such case has ever been officially recorded.

It is also universally accepted that Burundanga must be taken in quantity, most likely ingested or inhaled, in order to have any meaningful effect.

The chances of a sufficiently powerful dose being administered through the skin after touching a business card are virtually zero.

Lastly, the victim of this hoax email mentioned a strong odor coming from the card but Burundanga is in fact odorless.

Apparently there was a substance on the card, the substance was very strong and may have seriously injured her.

Jaime checked the Internet and there is a drug called "Burundanga" that is used by some people to incapacitate a victim in order to steal or take advantage of them. Please be careful and do not accept anything from unknown people on the street.



Analysis: Is there a drug called burundanga used by criminals in Latin America to incapacitate their victims? Yes.

Do news sources confirm that burundanga is being used to commit crimes in the United States and other countries outside Latin America? No, they do not.

The story above, circulating since 2008, is almost certainly a fabrication. Two details betray it as such:

The victim allegedly received a dose of the drug by simply touching a business card. (All sources agree that burundanga must be inhaled or ingested, or the subject must have prolonged topical contact with it, in order for it to have an effect.)
The victim allegedly detected a "strong odor" coming from the drug-laced card. (All sources agree that burundanga is odorless and tasteless.)
March 26, 2010 incident in Houston, Texas

In March 2010, Houston resident Mary Anne Capo reported to police that a man approached her at a local gas station and handed her a church pamphlet, after which her throat and tongue began to swell "like someone was strangling me." In an interview with KIAH-TV News, Capo said she believes there was "something inside the pamphlet" that caused her to become ill and compared what happened to her to the alleged incident described above.

Could it have been a burundanga attack? It seems doubtful, given that the symptoms Capo reported (swelling of the tongue and throat, feeling of suffocation) aren't consistent with those usually attributed to burundanga (dizziness, nausea, light-headedness). Also, as discussed above, it's unlikely anyone could receive a strong enough dose of burundanga through brief contact with a piece of paper to feel any ill effects. Could the pamphlet have contained another type of drug or chemical? Possibly, though Capo says she didn't see or smell anything unusual while handling it. We'll probably never know precisely what did happen to Mary Anne Capo that day, because she didn't undergo a medical examination and says she promptly tossed the one piece of hard evidence, the pamphlet, into the nearest trash can.

CAN INDIA AND PAKISTAN MAKE PEACE !

1. Utopians in India are jubilant that Pakistan has made peace with India. Nothing in reality can be farther from the truth.
2. The recent sudden angelic desire on part of the Pakistani establishment to make peace with India has nothing to do with any major shift in Pakistan’s foreign policy written in the Pakistani military headquarters popularly known as the GHQ. The Pakistani apparent shift is merely a tactical response to extreme confrontation with the US over perceived US view that Pakistan is playing a double game in Afghanistan.
3. This is similar to Musharraf’s flirtation with India from 2000 to 2007 which in reality was a gambit to prevent a two front war with Afghanistan occupied by the USA and a hostile India in the east.
4. The real picture of true intentions of the Pakistani military will emerge when the US withdraws from Afghanistan.
5. This will be the time when the Russians,Iranians and Indians will have no choice but to support the Northern Alliance against Pakistan sponsored Taliban who regard all Shias, Ismailis,Non-Pashtuns, moderate Pashtuns as infidels who deserve to be massacred.
6. The Pakistani politicians are a compromised manipulated lot who are under firm control of the Pakistani military thanks to the politicians own massive financial corruption. They will do what the Pakistani generals tell them whether it is the PPP, PML or any new party like Imran’s Khan’s Tehrik i Insaaf.
7. Pakistan will remain the same state run by an army rather than a state with an army. The Pakistani generals will control Pakistan’s politics and foreign policy and Pakistan India relations will remain a mix of an uneasy and an unpredictable peace.
8. Pakistan will remain embroiled in an ever continuous civil unrest. Baloch will be gunned down by the Pakistani military while Pakistan’s politicians will remain the puppets of the military that they have been since 1977.
9. Terrorism will remain a tool of foreign policy while the Pakistani military runs the Pakistani state under a facade of PPP or PML or Tehrik i Insaaf.
10. By that time Pakistani military will be hoping to achieve all its objectives—
· An extremist dominated Afghanistan.
· A Balochistan fully fragmented and crushed.
· A Pakistani political party leading Pakistan fully subservient to the Pakistani military.
· A renewed infiltration in Kashmir.
· A brinkman’s nuclear policy with India.
11. A greater Chinese vassal with far greater Chinese interests in Pakistan.
There is no doubt that Pakistan will be a semi autonomous Chinese province by 2030 or so. Its relations with India will be run on two basis; Pakistani military retaining its nuisance value based on the much trumped and misused Indian threat and secondly Pakistan as a Chinese pawn acting as Chinas western bastion in West Asia. Pakistani Balochistan by 2030 would be a completely Chinese run show while Pakistan’s military and corrupt politicians will control Pakistan’s corrupt par excellence economy.
12. Xooxs like Man Mohan Singh will remain dupes that they always were. The region will remain unstable because instability is custom made to suit the Pakistani elite both military and civilian.
13. India’s budding middle class wants to make peace with the Pakistani establishment because they want to have a good time.
14. Manmohan Singh is a cheap social climber with no strategic vision. This means that the common man in both India and Pakistan will both come to grief.
15. Pashtuns and Baloch will remain pawns of Pakistani establishment with Baloch regarded as Red Indians and Pashtuns regarded as good cannon fodder to be launched like fools in the name of Islam. Pakistan’s economy will remain centred to serve the good of Pakistan elite and prosperity will remain confined to the triangle Pindi – Multan - Lahore and Karachi-Hyderabad.
16. The Pakistani Supreme Court will remain an arm of the Pakistani elite who turns a blind eye when any one challenges Pakistani military in the courts.
17. Pakistan shall remain a mirage which serves a 5 % elite and the region will remain unstable and a hostage to nuclear brinkmanship.
18. Pakistan’s pensioners will die like stray dogs! Pakistan’s youth will be gunned down by the corrupt Pakistani police for money! Pakistani intelligence will continue the kill and dump policy all over Pakistan and specially in Balochistan!
19. This is not about Islam! This is not about Pakistan! This is all about a 5 or 10 % establishment that has controlled Pakistan since 1948. All that this elite wants is to preserve their unfair advantage! These are the new Banias, the new Muslim Banias of Pakistan!

Instead, it may mean that they've mastered certain time-saving skills and habits that you haven't-until now. 1. They make it a point to take breaks

Americans seem to think that constantly working is synonymous with being productive, but unless your brain is functioning at its maximum level, you may not be getting as much work done as you think. "[Taking breaks] is like hitting the reset button. It helps you empty out your 'brain cache' so you have room to refill it," says Christine Hohlbaum, author of The Power of Slow: 101 Ways to Save Time in Our 24/7 World. First and foremost, she recommends taking lunch every day-and leaving your desk to do it. "When you have a 'working lunch,' it's just not very efficient. At some point you're going to lose attention," she says. Ultimately, eating while you work will cause you to suffer on two fronts: you won't be able to pay attention to your food-a surefire way to overeat-and you won't be giving your work the proper attention it deserves. In addition to a "real" lunch break, Hohlbaum suggests allotting time for other breaks as well. She recommends taking five minutes in the morning, before starting work, and at least a 10- to 15-minute break in the afternoon. Whether you take a short walk, read a book or stare out of the window with a cup of tea, it'll help you recharge and improve your overall productivity. "It's really important to take time off because otherwise your brain will reach a saturation point," Hohlbaum says, explaining that when this happens, it becomes hard to focus on even the simplest task. "At that point, you need to push away from your computer and take a break."

2. They start their day off on the right foot

According to a recent study at the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University, if an employee is in a bad mood when they arrive at work-whether because of familial problems or a stressful commute-it can decrease their productivity by as much as 10% that day. So unless you come in to the office every day in a great mood (and who does?), start your day with 5 to 10 minutes of time dedicated to decompressing. "Create a ritual. Maybe it's meeting in the coffee break room or going around the office to greet everyone. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you foster a sense of connection [with your coworkers]," Says Holhbaum. "Swinging by to say 'hi' to your colleagues when you walk in gives you a sense of focus. When you feel you're part of a bigger effort, you feel more connected to why you're there and that can make all the difference in the world." Re-focusing your mind at the beginning of the day will also create a sense of calm, helping you to disregard outside stressors and zero in on your daily tasks. "If we're actually able to start the day centered, then we'll have a longer tolerance period before we get off track," Holhbaum says.

3. They make mindful food choices

You are what you eat, and eating a heavy mid-day meal will often make you feel lethargic for the rest of the afternoon. "Consider what you're eating at lunch. If you're having that post-pasta slump at 2 p.m., and need java or cookies to pep back up, maybe you should try a salad or something a bit lighter so you won't lag," suggests Hohlbaum. The key is keeping your blood sugar levels steady throughout the day, according to Kari Kooi, RD, corporate wellness dietician at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, who recommends three light meals and two snacks at regular intervals. "Heavy meals can make you feel sluggish because they require more energy to digest," Kooi says. "[A quality lunch] will consist of a fiber-rich carbohydrate, like water-rich veggies, and a lean protein, like chicken or fish," she says. And what does Kooi suggest you avoid? "A highly processed meal, like some of the frozen meals in the grocery store, will not give you the sustainable energy you need. The less processed the better when it comes to keeping your energy levels up." When you hit that midday slump, Kooi suggests going for proteins like mixed nuts and fruit instead of the usual energy-zapping pretzels, cookies or candy, which cause your blood sugar levels to spike and then drop and may even make you hungrier, according to Kooi.

4. They keep a flexible to-do list

Making a daily list of to-dos is a great way to stay on top of your work. However, there is one pitfall-it can make you inflexible. "A lot of people feel their day's been wrecked if they have to change their plan, but the most effective people understand that's part of the job," says Vicki Milazzo, author of Wicked Success Is Inside Every Woman. "I always start my day with a plan, but by 9 a.m. I've busted that plan." However, according to Paula Rizzo, a master list-maker and founder of ListProducer.com, it's important to keep some form of a to-do list, no matter how much your day changes. For example, Rizzo begins her days with a master list, which she continually updates throughout the course of the day to note the items that haven't been done or to add tasks as they crop up. Before leaving work, Rizzo will make a fresh list for the next day. The key, she says, is referencing the changing list throughout the day to keep herself on course. "Just putting a little extra work into it will keep you on track."

5. They use technology with intent

In today's 24/7 all-access world, it's hard to get a handle on technology use. While it's impossible to avoid it altogether, you can be disciplined about how much time you spend perusing the Web. Set aside a specific time, say 15 minutes after lunch, to scroll through your social networking sites or other favorite websites-and stick to it. Or try something like Google Chrome's website blocker, which allows you to set restrictions to your online time by either totally blocking your favorite websites or just restricting the timeframes within which you are allowed to check them. In addition to surfing the Internet, it's important to watch your email habits. Whether you give yourself 15 to 30 minutes at a set time each day to check your personal email, or you allow yourself brief intervals between tasks, Holhbaum says the key is to be very mindful of the time you're spending checking your non-work inbox. "Have a very clear distinction between what's personal and what's work. If that's a part of your 'OK I need to zone out for a little bit' time, that's fine. But you need to be clear and be mindful of what you're doing." Even work-related emails can become a distraction if not properly managed. Ask yourself if email is the best method of communication, or if you're better off calling the person. "Sending 100 emails isn't [always] going to be the most productive thing. And as we know, emails beget emails. They're like little rabbits," Hohlbaum jokes. "If it's a one-way communication, for example forwarding an airplane itinerary, you don't need to have any answer [so email works]. But if you want detail or you know the person won't respond right away by email, pick up the phone," she says.

6. They balance their workload

Different tasks require different levels of concentration, which you can use to your advantage. Start by identifying-and placing-the tasks you have into two categories: weeds and intensive work. Weeds are small, manageable things such as handling email, phone calls and minor organizational tasks. Intensive work is anything that requires an extended period of concentration, such as management tasks, preparing presentations, writing or editing. "Miscellaneous routine tasks are like weeds in your garden; we all have them, and no matter how often we try to get rid of them, they never go away," says Milazzo. "Yet they do have to be handled, and pulling a few weeds can provide a restorative break from more intensive work." Milazzo recommends splitting up long sessions of intensive work with regular 15- to 30-minute intervals of weed pulling. This way, you'll accomplish a variety of tasks while not burning out on one type of work.

7. They put perfectionism in its place

While turning in perfect work has been encouraged since kindergarten, that attitude can be counterproductive if it's not managed. It's important to pick your battles. "Women, by nature, are somewhat perfectionist," says Milazzo. "So we need to distinguish what requires perfectionism," she says. Of course you want to put your best foot forward in all situations, but if you're strapped for time, prioritize. If, for example, you're writing an informal memo or email to a co-worker, give it a quick look and spell-check it, but resist the urge to re-read it three times over. If, on the other hand, you're creating a brochure for your company or preparing an important presentation, then that's the time to put all of your perfectionist tendencies to good use.

8. They know how to say "no"

It's easy to get distracted or overwhelmed at work. But one of the secrets of highly productive people is that they learn when and how to say "no." For starters, say "no" to whiners, complainers and distracting people. One way to do that, according to Rizzo, is by wearing headphones. "That sends the message that you're busy and it drowns out the noise as well," she says. When it comes time to say "no" to the boss, tread lightly but firmly. You don't have to spell out n-o per se; rather, ask her to prioritize what's most important given what's on your plate. "When an employee does that, the boss usually comes to their senses and they get it," Milazzo says. "You don't want to make your boss the enemy; you want your boss to know you're there for the company, and that you're there for them. If they know that, they're more likely to listen to what you say."

These are some signs of Unauthorized activity in Your email account:
1. Your new emails are marked as Read even if you’ve not read them.
2. Your emails are moved to Trash or even permanently deleted without your notice.
3. Your emails are being forwarded to a third party email address (check your settings then go to forwarding).
4. Your secondary email address is changed.
5. Phone Information is changed.
If you come across any of the above activities on your email account, then it is a clear indication that your email account is hacked.

There are some additional security features that Gmail provide its users for the Security and safety o your account.
Gmail provides an additional security feature to protect your email account through the means of IP address logging. That is, Gmail records your IP address every time you login to your Gmail account. So, if a third party gets access to your account then even his/her IP is also recorded. To see a list of recorded IP address, scroll down to the bottom of your Gmail account and you’ll see something like this.

You can see from the above figure that Gmail shows the IP address of last login (last account activity). You can click on Details to see the IP address of your last 5 activities. If you find that the IP listed in the logs doesn’t belong to you, then you can suspect unauthorized activity.

Steps to stop unauthorized activity on your email account
1. Verify you mobile phone, so that if your account is somehow got hacked then it will be easier to recover your email password.
2. If you suspect that your account is already hacked then these are the recommended things that you should perform.
a. Change your Password
b. Change your security question.
c. Remove any third party email address (if any) to which your account is set to forward emails.
d. Make sure that you can access the email account of your secondary email address.
e. Also change you secondary email password and security question.

This will help you to stop all the illegal activity in your account. But there are several peoples who have asked me that their account is hacked or they forgot the password . Hello frens Welcome back . Today I am going to explain the ways that How to recover your Gmail account if got hacked. I am getting lot of queries about It thats why I am sharing with you all. There are basically two ways to recover your hacked or lost password.I am going to share both...so Read On...






It will be very difficult to recover your account if the hacker modifies your current password. Google provides few options to recover and get back hacked user accounts, but the hacker can play smart to make every attempt unsuccessful.


However, there are two ways to recover hacked Gmail or Google account :
1. Resetting Gmail / Google Account Password
2. Contacting Google Support Team




Resetting Gmail / Google Account Password
If you think that your account has been compromised or someone else is using your account but the password is still the same, you should change it as soon as possible.
To do so Visit:
https://www.google.com/accounts/ForgotPasswd
Provide your Google login name to continue.


• If you had verified your account with a mobile phone number, a recovery code will be sent to your mobile number and you can reset your password using the recovery code number.
• If you have a Google account but don’t use Gmail, a password reset email will be sent to your primary email address. Follow the steps to change your password.
• If you use Gmail, a password reset email will be sent to your secondary email address, from where you can change the password.
• If you don’t have configured any secondary email address but still use Gmail, Visit http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py?contact_type=reset_password and recover the password manually by answering security questions.

Now if the above steps don’t come in your help, follow the below final method to get back hacked Gmail account.




Contacting Google Support Team


This is the last hope where you need to prove yourself as the owner of the hacked account. To contact Google team visit:
https://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py?ara=1&hl=en&contact_type=ara&ctx=ara


Now after Going to that page select the option No as shown in figure:






Now below the Form will appear asking for "Contact information and problem details". Fill that form and wait 24 hours...You have to fill Following details:
1. Account creation date – Check the first Gmail welcome mail to know the date of your account creation
2. Last successful login date – The last time got logged in to any of your Google account services successfully
3. Last used password that you remember
4. Invitation code – If you had opened Gmail account via an invitation, get the invitation code
5. Other Google services that you use and the date of their creation
6. 5 Email addresses that you used most to send or Receive mails
7. Provide name of labels, if any!


Note these are not hard and fast rules but try to provide as much as information as possible...The only way to recover your password using the second method is by providing as much informations as possible. Google will take all your provided informations along with the IP address of your form submission into account while checking your genuineness, so fill up the form from the same place where you access your account most.

Love has many different meanings to all different types of people. There are many stages of love at different ages and different types of love. This is all about the real definition of love.
What is the real definition of love? Love has many different meanings to all different types of people. There are many stages of love at different ages and different types of love. My definition of love is caring about someone so deeply that your like would be very different with out them there would always be a little piece of yourself missing if they pass away or leave you. Your life is incomplete when they are away and you would do anything to protect them or to make them happy... “Love is an incredibly powerful word. When you’re in love, you always want to be together, and when you’re not, you’re thinking about being together because you need that person and without them your life is incomplete”
My definition of love is what I personally think of it. But when I was a little kid I thought of love in a completely different way, and when I am older and wiser I will probably think of love differently also. As an a teenager I realize that I have not experienced the real meaning of life yet and that I have not seen all there is to see in the world so how could I understand the “real” definition of love? How can anyone really know the real definition of love? I believe that love is one of the hardest words in the dictionary to actually understand and know the true definition.

There are so many different types of love. There is little kid love, teenage love, friendship love, family love, marriage love and parent to children love. All of these different types of love have similar meanings but have a little something different to be unique. Clearly when you’re a little kid you don’t really know what love is. Yes, you love your parents and your family and your friends but children don’t get the concept of actually loving someone. Teenagers and their concept of being “in love” most people think they are crazy because teenagers have no idea what love is. That is usually what is said when people hear of teenagers being in love. Teenagers believe they are in love after possibly being with someone for just a few weeks or months can you actually be in love with someone after just that short period of time? And if you are in love with that person then why do you not spend forever with them? Another interpretation of love for me is having that person in your life forever, and teenagers fall in and out of love all of the time so is it actually love??????????
